At Way to Grow, we’ve lived what we teach. Our leadership team and family educators come from many different cultures and countries, and speak over seven different languages. It’s this understanding that helps us offer better, more personal care while building trust and acceptance in our participating families’ homes.
But it takes more than understanding to make a difference. Studies by the HighScope Perry Preschool Program and the Infant Health and Development Program state that early learning is the most effective when it combines in-home and center-based programming. Especially when the parent is directly involved.
With a curriculum designed for home visits, we focus our attention on parents being their children’s first and foremost teachers. These in-home visits and our extensive preschool center programming help ensure all children reach their fullest potential in life. And signs of success are definitely showing.
